Remove Selected

You can remove selected points from the residuals calculation by selecting the rows to remove and recalculation residuals. The primary use is to remove points with the highest residual value from the calculation to see effect on the fit for the remaining points. This action works on the results of the Fabric Residuals tool.

Basic Use

1. Select rows in the table for points that you want to remove from calculation.
2. click to recalculate.
3. You can repeat this action on the resultant rows.

Row Selection

Single Row

1. click anywhere on the row to select to row.
2. click the row again to deselect the row.

Multiple Rows

1. Ctrl+ click to add another row to the selection.
2. Ctrl+ click a selected row to deselect it.
3. Shift+ click to add a range of lines.

Tip: A high residual value for a point may be due to a bad join between the plans. So use this to help find bad joins between things like close reference marks.
