Reports

Summary Report

This summary report is a quick check on the current examination status. Decisions counts indicate the progress of the examination. The "mismatch" counts are used to draw attention to steps that may need review. These are most useful in the development of analytic tests, or in the recognition of new data context or regulations.

Key Features

The key features of this report are:

  1. counts for decision
  2. steps with Decision property = false in the workflow are not counted
  3. counts for analytic test results
  4. counts of decisions not in agreement with analytic result
  5. intended as snapshot - no automatic refresh

Basic Use

  1. click to update the report to current examination status.

Note: Special reports are intended for review only and have no examination modification actions.;

Best Use: Most useful prior to using finalization automated steps, or whenever you want a quick summary of the examination status. The only report to show mismatches between analytic result and examiner decisions.;

Report Contents

  1. Title - Plan and Report.
  2. Plan Properties (collapsed in image).
    Standard set, unless jurisdictional customized.

Decisions Table

Decision counts do not include steps with Decision property = false in the workflow. These are typically group nodes and steps in the "finalize" group.

  1. Pass - count of all steps passed by examiner.
  2. Fail - count of all steps failed by examiner.
  3. Ignore - count of all steps ignored by examiner.
  4. Not Decided - count of all steps with no decision.

Analysis Table

  1. Pass - count of analytic tests with result of Pass.
  2. Fail - count of analytic tests with result of Fail.
  3. Not Applicable - count of analytic tests with result of NA.
  4. Unknown - count of analytic tests with result of Unknown.
  5. No Analysis - count of steps with no bound analytic test.

Mismatched - Decision vs Analysis

Comparison of the examiner's decisions to analysis results. The use of "Unknown" as possible result to analytic tests should cover most tests that have incomplete analytic coverage of a regulation. So this table indicates if there is something that might need attention. Examiner discretion to waive small errors found in the analytic tests varies by jurisdiction.

  1. Pass yet Failed - count of steps passed by examiner that failed the bound analytic test.
  2. Fail yet Passed - count of steps failed by examiner that passed the bound analytic test.
  3. Ignore yet Passed or Failed - count of steps ignored by examiner yet passed or failed bound analytic test.
