Examination Review

This examination review report gives a good view of the current status of the examination, and is the precursor to the version comparison report. It contains all steps in the workflow which require a decision, and the current status of each.

Note: Our preference is to dock this report window on a side monitor to serve as a reference later in the course of examination. Typically the Results and Decisions window is used after the "Run all" automated tests. After the automated steps are resolved, the Workflow Control is used for check decisions, and the Examination Review is a good pairing. Think of it as an overview.

Key Features

The key features of this report are:

  1. complete listing of all steps in the workflow
  2. row colors show decision for visual scan
  3. key properties of step and state of analysis and decision
  4. row selection opens the Test Results window
    1. shows any detail data
    2. allows navigation to fabric features or analysis graphics
    3. has controls for decision and comments modification
  5. appearance and properties are customizable
  6. automatic refresh to update to current state of examination

Note: The report is updated on every decision, comment or analytic result change. It is always current.

Report Contents

  1. Title -Plan and Report.
  2. Plan Properties (collapsed).
  3. Table records color coded to jurisdiction standards.
  4. Footer showing current selected row and number of records in table.

Table Headers

  1. Test Name - name of step from workflow step property.
  2. Decision - current decision status.
  3. Messages - informational or error messages from analytic tests.
  4. Comments - comments from examiners.
  5. Requisitions - coded to jurisdictional enumerations.
