Rotate Map

Rotate the map to a desired orientation.

Basic Use

1. click to start the tool.
2. click and drag in the desired direction, release to stop.
3. Reset map to north at the top using

Note: Angle show by tool is not azimuth, measured clockwise from north, but is measured counter clockwise from east.
